I started this site initially because over recent years, I have been constantly trying to improve my figure.

I knew that I was not alone in this venture and, therefore, I  decided to review the many products that profess to improve how we look, to ourselves and to others.

Years ago, I think that women were the worst offenders of this phobia but now, if you notice, men are increasingly conscious of their images.

Indeed, we can see that many men even wear makeup to enhance the image that they were born with.

And, why not, I hear you ask! We should all make the most of our physical attributes.

So, although I started this site with mostly unisex diet plan reviews, I will now start to include reviews of all supposed remedies, including those for a variety of ailments and anxieties.
