Fat Loss 4 Idiots – The Findings

Hi Everyone,

It’s been some time since I last posted to my blog but I really think I ought to tell you about this plan because it virtually follows my own thoughts entirely.

If you look around at most people in society today, you will see that many of them are overweight or obese even, having tried many times and eventually given up on the idea of losing weight.

Contrary to the old adage, many Fat People (excuse my plain speaking here!) are NOT Happy People!

Most of them long to be a reasonable weight.

Like those lucky few who seem to have no trouble attracting the opposite sex, for instance.

Those who don’t have to refuse to go swimming or to the beach because of the sight they present in their swimming costumes.

Who can exercise, without getting short of breath.

Who can undress without embarrassment, whether it’s in the bedroom or the local dress shop.

Who don’t have the health problems that are associated with being overweight, such as heart disease, joint pain and many others.

With the wealth of Weight Loss Programmes being advertised today,you would think that there would be no problem in losing weight.

However, the fact of the matter is, that many of these so-called Weight Loss Programmes just DO NOT WORK for many people.

I’ve listed the more popular ones below:-

Low Fat Foods

These foods have been adhered to for many years and yet people are still overweight, more so in many cases.

So generally, they are not the answer to Weight Loss.

Low Calorie and Low Carbohydrate Diets

Whilst you do need to have regard to your food intake, these diets don’t work for long either.

After the first Weight is lost with Low Cal. Diets, you tend to hit what is called a Slimming Plateau.

This is because your body goes into Starvation Mode, if it feels it is being deprived of food.

Your Metabolism slows down so that you will not lose any more weight.

Whilst with Low Carb. Diets, people may feel deprived of energy and find them too difficult to follow for long.

Other Dieting Programmes

Such as Rosemary Connolly, Weightwatchers and Jenny Craig etc.

These programmes are usually more slow acting, whereby people may get discouraged and start cheating.

They may also involve buying special foods, which in turn may lead to extra expense.

Not at all welcome in today’s financial climate.
